Bill Kiely
Managing Director and Expert Witness
Bill has many years of experience of working in the vehicle industry and is recognised as one of the leading specialists in the field of providing mobility solutions for those with disabilities, in the U.K.
He is also recognised by the Court of Protection and has worked with a number of other bodies including the RGA (Restricted Growth Association), SCOPE, DDA (Disabled Drivers Association) and ASPIRE. Bill has also been called as an Expert Witness and given evidence at Trial.
Niki Sinclaire
Personal Transport Expert Witness
Niki comes with a wealth of litigation, customer service and administration experience within the vehicle supply industry.
Having worked for one of the UK’s leading rental companies Niki understands what it means to deliver exceptional customer service and has a deep understanding of the importance of putting the customer first and working with them on what are quite often very individual and specific needs.
Nigel Beechey
General Manager
In his role as General Manager and using his many years of experience within the motor industry, Nigel primarily runs the day to day operations of the office along with managing our fleet of 50 + specialist rental vehicles, ensuring these are relevant to our enquiries and available for clients.
Secondly and in addition to our own fleet, Nigel manages our client delivered vehicles. This involves liaising with clients, their solicitors / deputies and case managers, working with dealerships and garages and overseeing the provision of our Service Care package to maintain vehicles during the period of client ownership.
Nigel also supervises our deliveries and demonstrations program, and the logistics of our vehicle rental deliveries and collections.
Samantha Banting
PA to Bill Kiely
Sam joined the company in May 2011, bringing with her experience in corporate administration and client liaison.
As Bill’s Personal Assistant, Sam is the main point of contact for solicitors, case manager’s, clients and legal teams to arrange appointments, transport assessments, travel and vehicle demonstrations as well as overseeing the release of all Expert Witness and Transport reports and vehicle documents, along with relevant fees, invoices and case conferences.
Karen Westwood
Accounts Administrator
Karen is responsible for our accounting processes and therefore making sure that we exist.
Karen raises our invoices, processes payments and ensures all bank transfers, both in and out are on time. Essentially, Karen makes sure our finances are in order and up to date.
Pia Weller
Client Liaison Executive
Pia looks after our client quotes and vehicle orders procedure. She is critical to our service to ensure customers expectations are exceeded. We strive to put our clients needs first at Personal Mobility Solutions.

Steve Humber
Demonstrations and Delivery Driver
Steve takes care of clients new vehicle deliveries and our rental vehicle movements as well as client demonstrations. Steve also looks after our Service Care reminder letters and service bookings, on the rare occasions he is actually in the office. Steve is critical to our service, he has keen eye for detail and likes to ensure customers get the best experience possible.
